Chocolate tasting in the Café de Bolsa

The Café de Bolsa restaurant offered two chocolate tastings which were a resounding success. Cacao Sampaka offered a unique, innovative culinary experience for those of us with a sweet tooth. As well as enjoying the tasting menu, the guests learned about the origins of chocolate, different kinds, how it should be stored,..etc. They were two very sweet nights.
