El Café de Bolsa is back with its tasting dinners after the summer break. On this occasion, taking advantage of the synergy with Barcelona’s Gallery Hotel that forms part of the same hotel group, Gallery Hoteles, on Friday 17th September it will offer an exclusive dinner based on Catalan cooking and paired with Cavas Duran.
The tasting of the set menu created by the Chef of Gallery Hotel, Juan Mº Tur and by the Maître d’ Ramón Díaz, will be paired with the wonderful Duran cavas, where we will learn about how cava is made, its varieties and different pairings. A gourmet delight that will teach us about avant-garde Catalan cooking, which does not want to turn its back on traditional cuisine but instead offers its own take with fresh, seasonal products.
