The Piscina Lounge bar is premiering its fourth season. With renewed facilities, activities and menus, Piscina Lounge is becoming a reference venue of Málaga’s night scene. Also, New York and London trends inspire this season’s star menu: the Hamburger Trio with Gin & Tonic.
From 24 May and until mid-September, Málaga’s summer nights once again benefit from one of the most exclusive and idyllic rooftops, with the best views of the city: the Piscina Lounge. The new season of La Piscina Lounge is full of novelties for those wanting to enjoy summer nights in the open air with exceptional views, finger dishes, drinks, music, fashion, theatre and an incomparable chill-out ambience. With a revamped image and refurbished modernised installations, the rooftop of the Molina Lario Hotel blends into its surroundings so that your cocktails and tapas below the stars and next to the Cathedral taste better than ever.
The new team at “El café de Bolsa” restaurant, under the leadership of chef Marcos Granados, proposes a new fresh and original tapas menu, designed to share with your companions and to savour the best produce of Málaga and Andalucía. Also, the Piscina Lounge bar follows the curious trends of the Big Apple and London suggesting as its star menu an explosive combination: Hamburger Trio and Gin & Tonic. A mix of lamb, ox and ostrich mini-burgers combined with Mombasa Club or Rives Special to create a select, original and innovative sensation and a fusion of flavours.
To combine with these new delicacies, what better than an assorted choice of cocktails, whisky, rum and vodka, plus a menu of premium gins.
