The Gallery Center Group is characterised not only by its values, the care and attention it dedicates to its customers, but also by its investment in a more sustainable and circular future.
The economy has been working for too long under a linear ‘extract-produce-use-discard’ model without any further thought. We now need a new model that aims to maintain the functional value of materials for the longest time possible.
All of us who form part of this ‘family’ are working together to enable a sustainable transition that generates new values for both our customers and our staff.
Our project promotes social, environmental and economic balance, reducing the use of natural and energy resources and advancing the digitalisation of the hotel industry.
We need to be aware that the resources we use are limited and we have a duty to use them responsibly.
For an effective transition and to ensure the success of our action plan, we need a clear and simple road map.
We have therefore drawn up a ‘Circular Economy Strategy’, a new model that respects our ecosystems, generating wealth without overexploiting natural resources and, above all, placing value on new social sustainability, with the clear goal of improving our society.
Over the next few years and with reference to waste and energy management, our group planning will focus on optimisation, especially from the perspective of recycling, reusing and reducing the waste we generate in order to avoid overexploitation of natural resources.
